These terms govern your use of Shadow & Path. By purchasing or using the program, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What the service is
Shadow & Path is a digital self-reflection and journaling tool. It is a guided sequence of nine structured modules of self-reflection. In each module you write your own answers to a depth question, and you receive a written synthesis that an AI generates from your own words — reflecting back what you wrote, never grading or inventing. It is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the content you bought.
2. Not therapy or medical care
Shadow & Path is a wellness and self-development tool. It is not therapy, not a diagnosis, not treatment, and not a substitute for professional mental-health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Nothing in the program is professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline in your country — you can find one at findahelpline.com.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Shadow & Path. By using the program you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. One-time purchase & access
Shadow & Path is a single one-time payment of $29.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. After purchase you receive lifetime access to the content you bought. You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email address, so your access is tied to that email. Please keep access to your email account secure, as it is how you reach your reflections.
5. Refund policy
Shadow & Path is a digital product with immediate access. Even so, we want this to feel fair: if the program isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just email us at support@shadowandpath.com and we’ll take care of it — no complicated conditions.
6. Intellectual property
The modules, questions, written material, and design of Shadow & Path belong to the operator and are provided to you for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the program’s content. Your own reflections and writing remain yours — what you write belongs to you.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of liability
Shadow & Path is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or insight from using the program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program.

10. Changes to these terms
